| Dear Fancy,In the begining stages of dating is usual normal assume that both people are probably dating others. I prefer to describe my other dates as "having plans." I am also careful so that the people I date remain clueless about the others. One of the guys I am seeing has asked me to dinner at a particular restarant that he's been eager to try. I accepted, but when I looked up the address, I found it was located in the same (very small) building as the work of another man I am seeing. I am on the verge of suggesting another restaurant, scared the other man. Should I change the say I don't want to go to that restarant? Please Help , Dating is hard
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Dating is Hard, Fancy thinks it would be wonderful to be seen by another possible suitor and cannot imagine why you would want to pretend to be otherwise dateless in what you describe as "the initial stages of dating" this new person. But I also recommend you always be honest and upfront. You do not have to flaunt yourself but still be as open as possible. I would suggest that you tell your date that where you are going there is a possiblity to run into someone whom you have dated. Many people like to jump into relationships right away and much of the younger generation has forgot the concept of dating many people until you find "the right one" As long as you do not deceive anyone you should be just fine. If the man gets insanley jealous after only one or two dates then that would probably not be the man one should desire. Have a wonderful time on your Date!!!!!!!!! _________________ [img] |

| I think you need to do what you need to do. The dating rules are being changed a lot lately and you have to decide what feels right to you. Only you can decide if you want to deal with that situation or not. I wish you the best of luck. |
