ok to add to the water frustration my apartments never clean the pools. The health department came out and closed the pool down due to being unsanitary 2 weeks ago. The apartment managment have done nothing to try and fix the sitiuation!!! We are in florida so the pools can almost be used year round... UHHHHH Can't wait til someday I can move.

I've not been in a pool for ages. We always went in the ocean. Granted, the salt in the water burns my face like hell! However, I just stayed above water or rinsed my face off when I got done. Plus, if you're sick of the water, you can play in the sand or look for shells and sand dollars. I always loved doing that. Miss it greatly.

Oh, I know. I ended up with a mom who was a freak for the ocean and my best friend and I used to walk the beach after lunch out. So, I got there frequently. I also just enjoyed looking at the bay. I lived 2 blocks from it and the road to my parents followed it. Very Happy

well they finally got the pools up and running. guess thats a good thing , still not sure I trust to get in them anymore being the health department came and shut them down twice now. Makes me angry because thats the reason we moved here was for the pools.

Well at least you know for the first day or two it should be ok or they could have not opened them up. I would be careful though after a few days and may even avoid going to the pool. Seems they have a problem with keeping their water safe.
