Gas $$?

How much do you spend on gas $$? How often do you fill up?

I recently bought a Honda Civic, which is really great on gas. I've had it a little over than a month now and barely filled up for my second time yesterday, and it was $28. I really wanted the hybrid version but they said since I'm a student I don't make enough! At least I got the next best thing.

10 gallons a week no matter the cost.

Gas here about 3.47 a gal, My hubby works for the state and drives alot so about 20 gals a week he uses. Me maybe pushing it is 3 gals a week. We both drive Jeeps, but like esper I am also wanting a Hybrid.

I don't really drive much myself- working at home - no drive. My huny's drive to work is about 20 miles one way. We have a contour he drives and it gets decent milage - we go into Iowa for gas cuz it's cheaper over there- it's about $3.69 I think now. Might be little less. We drive more on weekends if going to see family and those trips are at least 70 miles one way. On weekends in the summer months we drive a mustang and it gets a little less milage than the other car- but we put the top down to enjoy the weather.
When gas went up we did cut back some trips though.

Not much at all- my husband mainly drives the work truck, and the company pays for the gas.

Gas was down to $3.49 this past Saturday - - lowest it has been in long, long time! Not sure how long it will stay there but will find out in a day or so when need gas again.

I think last I was out I seen us at $3.53 I don't always pay attention since I don't drive anywhere.

I filled up for $20some today. Gotta love my Civic!

I saw on the news today gas was up to $4.59 in the southern part of our state- wow! I hope it does not keep going up. I don't know why it is up tho cuz saw on CNN it's down to just about $90 a barrel for oil which is the lowest it's been in months. . . . so gas should not be going up unless Ike did real damage to the refineries but I had not heard that it did.

from what I read a couple days ago Ike destroy 10 refineries , but they have 100's out there.

Last night on CNN they said oil had gone back up yesterday. So am sure the gas won't be coming back down anytime soon -- was nice seeing it go down some tho.
