Biting my nails.... I used to be terrible. It took a long time, but I finally made myself stop.

Without a doubt, smoking AND drinking. Smoke-free and sober for something like 6 years.

I don't think I've broken any bad habit! lol I still smoke- I still drink, but not as much so I guess I bent that one. hmmmmm, well I used to date the wrong kind of men and I did break that habit. I found a decent man 6 years ago.
