I've Have Decide To Take A Hiatuis...

Not that I don't love each and every one of you, because I indeed do...but .....

Not sure what is going on with my computer and this site as far as compatility...as I have mentioned before I have had problems with being a mod and my ability to use "mod tools" but now I am having other problems as well...most posts that I have made with pics have suddenly gone haywire and I can now no longer correct or edit them from my end...from what I understand the images of said pics can still be seen by other members which I am very unhappy about...as a result I have deleted my whole Photobucket acct...I will start anew on that. Please don't misunderstand...I trust yoy guys...I just don't want a "troll" being able to snag my image codes and do god knows what with when it come to pics of my kid.

I had talked to Donna on Friday and wanted my whole account deleted and to start fresh using a different email acct and screen name, but she explained to me that if she did that, it would affect everybodies post count that had ever replied to my posts...I understand now why that can't be done.

I'm sure most of all of the problems I having is one my end...if I have said it once, I'll say it again...I am a dunce when it comes to computers. I have run my antivirus, but really, I am sure sure how good Avast is.

Another thing that Donna mentioned to me is using the same password as my dog's name...(that has since ben corrected)..but who knows if someone hacked into my account...again, I am a dunce about things like that.

I will still be checking in, but call me a little paranoid about now. I still have my favorite peeps addresses and have printed off your all's ISO list...I want to keep in touch.

Donna also has my home number...Donna, I trust you to use your own discretion about giving it out.

I am so very disappointed at members of the site at the moment...I have been nothing but try to be loyal...that is including raok's, etc...things that were never ever even mentioned before I came aboard. I am not trying to "toot" my own horn...but at the same time, I really take offense at getting a phone call earlier in the day at how peeps are talking about me bashing the site.

WTF, let me set the record straight on several levels...first and foremost...I would have thought by now peeps would have known that I speak my mind...if I wanted to blame or say fuck off...I would do exactly that.

Secondly...I am having some problems with combalitily with the site...that is no secret...be it with my mod tools...whatever...wtf did I make a post about stepping down as a mod for? Another problem I was having was with pictures that I had posted....another member said I had posted them wrong...that quiet frankly is a crock of shit...if I had posted them wrong from the get go...they wouldn't have shown up at all..afer weeks, they suddendly disappeared...I think not.

Whatever, the problem is...I never blamed it on Donna or her site as I was informed today that I apparently said in my earlier post...I have always claimed what a computer dunce I was.

Bottom line is this...this is the kind of bull that the other site and their members are guility of...I expected more from here.

Hi ... I'm not sure what all the drama is about, but I'm the member who apparently told you "a crock of shit."

Let me try and explain, once again, what has happened to your photographs. The fact that your photographs were showing before was actually a glitch, not the other way around. The code you have placed to make your photos appear is wrong. You have placed double img tags, creating an error that will NOT display your photographs.

When you use the button to post images, you copy the DIRECT LINK address into the space provided, because the button itself places the IMG TAGS for you.

If you copy the IMG TAG LINK into the button, you will create DOUBLE IMG TAGS, resulting in the error that you see - no photos!

The photos were somehow managing to display before, in spite of your error! For whatever reason, the forum is no longer allowing those kind of errors to go through and is sensitive to IMG code errors. The fact is, if your code wasn't incorrect to begin with, the photos would still be showing.

This "problem" isn't unique to you or your machine. This person has also copied the IMG CODE link from Photobucket, and placed it in the img button, resulting in the same error:

See? Photos not showing. Not your machine. Not you. The code is wrong and the forum is doing exactly what it should- not displaying your pictures, because you didn't provide the right code to do so.
